In today’s episode of The Real State, we explore the intersection of  Real Estate and Urban Innovation. Our guest, Simon Sylvester-Chaudhuri, is the Founder and Executive Director of CIV:LAB, a nonprofit based in New York, Detroit, and London. In partnership with the New York City Economic Development Corporation, he co-founded and is the Director of 'The Grid', an NYC urban tech collaborative of 130 organizations that work together to innovate cities. He teaches about Global Entrepreneurship at the NYU Center for Global Affairs and on the Future of Cities at Imperial College Business School in London. Simon is also a co-founder of Smart Cities New York and of the NYC Urban Data Meetup.
