Alex Norman is an entrepreneur, strategist, author and co-host of The Real State. A longtime New Yorker who now divides his time between New York and Miami, Alex has spent his career exploring how people, business, technology and place come together to shape everyday life.
He has built companies, led innovation for global brands and advised organizations navigating new markets and changing consumer behavior. Today, through Access Built, Alex works at the intersection of human experience, inclusive design and emerging technology, helping uncover the barriers that environments and systems often overlook.
On The Real State, Alex brings curiosity, healthy skepticism and an operator’s perspective to conversations about cities, real estate, infrastructure, culture and the future of how we live. He is also the co-author of Boundless and, outside the studio, a longtime DJ, music enthusiast and constant observer of what makes places and experiences work. Jamie Blond
Jamie Blond is an actor, performer, podcaster, and supporter of the arts. He worked on Wall Street for over two and a half decades, and in 2013 decided to retire and start pursuing his passion for performing. Jamie has worked as an actor on various tv shows, short films and an Off Broadway sketch comedy play, flying between NYC, LA and Miami.
